Press On!

So this morning I was on the treadmill...yes, I use a treadmill...for about a week now. Anyway, I decided to bump up my time and distance this morning and was feeling good about my initiative. I know you have heard of "hitting the wall" - well, I didn't hit the wall but I at least saw it coming closer. About that time...and I had to laugh...the shuffle on my iPod brought up this song...and it got me through the additional time and distance!
